Furthermore, all orders over $149.00 except all WA and products marked plus freight will be delivered freight-free. Our standard, flat rate freight fee of $10 will be applied to all other orders.

RETURN OF GOODS POLICY
a) Request for the return of Goods must be raised by the Customer
contacting GAD Customer Service on 1800 436 332 or by emailing
firstname.lastname@example.org with the invoice number on which the
returning Goods were purchased. GAD reserves the right to reject any
requests for the return of Goods or credit thereof.
b) Request for the return of Goods must be raised by the Customer
within twenty one days of receiving goods, –
i) including any request for the return of Goods which were, –
(1) incorrectly supplied by GAD,
(2) damaged or lost by the carrier,
(3) being received faulty or damaged,
ii) Exception for the return of Goods within the twenty one day
period for –
(1) Goods failing after a reasonable time and normal use.
c) Once the request for the return of Goods has been raised, the customer
will receive a Returns Number. This reference number is given to aid
in tracking the request for the return of Goods. GAD may require
further information and inspection of the Goods in the process of
assessment for credit. The receiving of a Returns Number is not
acceptance for the item to be credited
Any return of Goods is at the Customer’s cost, except for Goods
supplied incorrectly by GAD.
e) No credit will be given for the return of Goods if GAD has requested
the Goods be returned to GAD, and the Customer fails to return the
Goods to GAD.
f) Any Goods approved for credit by GAD will be credited at the original
value invoiced. Additional delivery or Admin charges will not be
credited, excluding those Goods returned for being –
i) incorrectly supplied by GAD,
ii) damaged or lost by the carrier, or
iii) Faulty or failed after a reasonable time and normal use.
g) Goods discontinued by GAD, or indent lines ordered specifically by
GAD for a Customer will not be accepted for any return, except for
Goods received faulty or failed after a reasonable time and normal use.
h) For any Goods returned to GAD for credit, except for those failed or
faulty, received in an unsaleable sate, not in the original packaging or
with packaging not being in a resaleable state, GAD reserves the right to
charge a repackaging fee of $10, or 10% the invoiced value of the
Goods, whichever is the greater
